2014 Entry – Balance
This sculpture is about the negative/positive forces inside and around us in nature. It seems there is an endless cycle of war and peace, give and take, destruction and growth that cycles back and forth balancing each other out.
As the pendulum swings one way the opposing force builds strength until movement ceases and then slowly swings back, gaining momentum.
